Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different areas of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
